The loan application process is straightforward. You will complete an application in the secure portal that will collect most of the data needed to get the process started. I do not do a “hard credit” inquiry immediately and instead opt to do a soft credit check which will not affect your credit score. Unlike most lenders, I can do a full pre-approval with automated underwriting for most loan programs with a soft credit pull.
